Each bottle contains 240 mg/L or approx. 300 mcg's of Vanadium per teaspoon, 500 mcg's of Chromium per teaspoon, and 400 mcg's of Zinc per teaspoon! VCZ is a special blend of Vanadium, Chromium, and Zinc designed to support proper glucose regulation and glucose metabolism.


Suggested Use for VCZ:
Adults: 1/2 to 1 teaspoon daily. May be added to fruit or vegetable juice. Children: 1/4 teaspoon daily. Please consult a physician for use with infants.

Important Notes:
The suggested daily amount of VCZ is an absolute minimum intended to supplement a very well balanced diet. Should your diet be less than perfect, increasing your VCZ intake may be beneficial. Since ionic vanadium, chromium and zinc do not build up in the body, they never reach toxic levels. Therefore feel free to find the amount that works best for you. VCZ is best taken in the morning.
