Oven Baked Chicken With Toasted Onion Sea Salt!Ingredients
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 2 1/2- to 3-pound broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
1 cup crushed cornflakes or crushed potato chips or 1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
How to make Oven Fried Chicken - Combine butter or margarine, salt, and pepper. Brush chicken with butter mixture, then roll in cornflakes, potato chips, or bread crumbs. Place chicken, skin side up, without touching in an ungreased, large shallow baking pan.
Bake at 375° till tender, about 1 hour.
Do not turn.
Season to taste with our toated onion sea salt.
