Simple Jamaican Curry Chicken!
1 whole chicken or chicken parts
2 tsp. curry
2 stalks escallion
1 onion
Garlic powder, optional
2 tsp. curry sea salt
Wash and drain chicken. Cut into biting parts. Place in skillet. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and stir periodically. Allow to cook for approximately 45 minutes. Serve hot with rice. Enjoy.
