Ingredients
4 large baking potatoes, scrubbed and cut into pieces
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons chipotle powder
1 1/2 tablespoons chipotle sea salt
1 teaspoon extra coarse ground black pepper
Serves / Yields - 6 Cups
Preparation Instructions
Mix the vinegar and chipotle powder and let sit for an hour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Toss all ingredients together until potatoes are evenly coated. Transfer to a large baking dish and bake, uncovered, for 1 - 1 1/2 hours, or until potatoes are cooked through. Sprinkle with chipotle sea salt just before serving and watch your customers or friends/family smile!
