Suggested Uses:
- For fajitas, simply toss with beef, chicken, pork, seafood or tofu during sautéing. (Adjust to taste, but start with about 4 teaspoons per pound of meat or tofu.)
- Add to guacamole.
- Add to stir-fries.
- Stir into bean soups, sides, and casseroles.
- Fry with tofu or tempeh strips.
- Sprinkle on Mexican salads.
- Saute peppers and onions; add eggs to scramble. Season with Fajita Seasoning and serve on sub sandwich bread.

Ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1 oz. paul newman's italian salad dressing
1 tsp. SharpWebLabs.com fajita seasoning
3 whole boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
1 onion, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
Directions:
1. In a large glass bowl combine the oil, vinegar, lime juice, fajita seasoning and salad dressing mix. Mix together. Add chicken strips, onion and bell pepper. Cover dish and refrigerate. Marinate for 3 to 6 hours.
2. In a large skillet, heat oil. Remove chicken, onion and bell pepper from marinade and saute in oil until chicken is cooked through (juices run clear) and onion is translucent. ENJOY!!!
